OUR HISTORY

The Ballesteros family’s passion for fine wines around the world has spanned nearly two decades. With the aim of providing a positive experience for producers and importers alike, CEO Andres Ballesteros Rosati has been selling and marketing fine wines in Asia for 17 years. In 1998, while working at Vina Concha y Toro in Chile, Andres spearheaded the decision to move base to Asia for proper brand building and positioning of its fine wines. Today, along with his family, he aims to provide global fine wine sales and marketing through Quattro Fine Wines with a focus on those who are in Asia or wish to enter the exciting model of luxury fine wines in the region.

The Ballesteros family’s passion for fine wines around the world has spanned nearly two decades. With the aim of providing a positive experience for producers and importers alike, CEO Andres Ballesteros Rosati has been selling and marketing fine wines in Asia for 17 years. 

In 1998, while working at Vina Concha y Toro in Chile, Andres spearheaded the decision to move base to Asia for proper brand building and positioning of its fine wines. During this period he lived in Malaysia, China and Singapore, where the first subsidiary of Concha y Toro was established as VCT Group of Wineries, of which Andres was Managing Director. Leading the Team of Sales, Marketing and Logistics, Andres played a crucial role in positioning the brands as leaders in each category, and directly overviewed the brand building of its fine wine portfolio.

He used his knowledge and experience as a professor of Fine Wine Marketing at the Wine MBA of My Space University in Hong Kong and in 2013, stepped down from his position at VCT to establish his own company, providing sales and marketing services for fine wines. 

Previously he has worked with the prestigious Almaviva  (The Grand Cru of Chile) on an exclusive basis in order to develop its brand positioning in Asia. Today, along with his family, he aims to provide global fine wine sales and marketing with a focus on those who are in Asia or wish to enter the exciting model of luxury fine wines in the region. With their years of experience, the Ballesteros family has found that in order to succeed in the world of fine wine, it is imperative to not only be knowledgeable about the wine, but about the market of interest as well. Because of this, they bring to Quattro Fine Wines their vast knowledge of fine wines and combine it with their experience and knowledge of the Asian wine market and culture, an imperative element in being successful in such an exciting region.

Quattro Fine Wine Solutions aims to connect people through the beautiful world of fine wines, building meaningful and lasting relationships with consumers, producers and clients with integrity and passion, adding value to fine wines from around the world. We believe in the consistent pursuit of enjoying life to the fullest with the indulgence of fine wine and to do it with a passion that brings joy and a better life to all.

WHO WE ARE

With nearly 20 years of experience, our purpose is to provide professional and efficient sales support, as well as brand and marketing services mixed with passion and integrity in order to bridge the gap between fine wine producers and the Asian market in order to build their brand. However, we also feel strongly about introducing and providing access to high-end fine wines to local retailers in Asia, opening up a whole new market of clientele for their businesses. We believe that spreading our vast knowledge of the finest wines of Bordeaux around the world, particularly to new markets, coincides with our mission of making the world a more beautiful and fun place to be with the enjoyment of fine wines and creating value to our clients’ overall needs.
